Halo Story Time

I had to take this picture the other day because it made me laugh. Ken (a friend from school) was over at our house to play halo with Josh. While Josh was making them a snack Ken grabbed Josh's gaming magazine and was reading it to Taytum. He was reading about the new Halo game coming out, no big deal except that he was reading it like he was reading a childrens book. He had the sweetest voice and Taytum was just staring at the magazine like she was really following the story. I think I embarrassed Ken when I took the picture, sorry Ken. I guess we can say like father like daughter.

Our Thanksgiving Trip

Our Thanksgiving trip was so wonderful. It was nice and relaxing and so much fun. We got to enjoy spending time with Josh's Grandma Thompson and her husband John. Josh got to meet his new half brothers Daniel and Brandon. I was excited when I got to set up my mom's Christmas tree and decorations. Sunday we were blessed to get to attend my cousin Kyle blessing his baby Talon. We saw Izzy and her husband Bill down from Canada and spent time with Josh's Dad and Venyce. Here are some of the highlights of our trip. I took a four generation picture with my grandma but it did not turn out so we will need a redo at Christmas time. Needless to say Taytum was a hit. Her Grandpa Bill fell in love with her instantly and her Aunt Hillarie barely let Taytum out of her arms. What a wonderful trip.
